However, if you wanted to know my story....
You should know that a few years ago, I personally followed the internationalization of the start-up for which I worked.
It all started after I graduated in Economics, Management and Corporate Law in 2017.
I was later hired to manage the tax, legal and accounting departments of a startup that became a millionaire in very few years.
However, the company decided to move abroad to derive greater economic benefits and relied completely on a team of accountants from the place where it wanted to move.
Unfortunately, however, these professionals created major tax problems, leading the startup to have to pay thousands of euros in taxes due to lack of preparation and skills.
So, seeing as they no longer had time because the cancellation of the lease on the main office had already been made, I decided to propose myself to try to resolve that catastrophic situation.
And I got busy:
Initially, I partnered with international tax experts to obtain all the necessary information.
At the same time, I made contacts with professionals in the real estate sector; it seemed essential to me to guarantee adequate and safe homes for those who were making the move.
So, little by little, all the components of the puzzle started to fit together: I managed to excellently manage corporate and employee relations, and at the same time I faced the fiscal, legal and bureaucratic challenges successfully.
I can say that the figure of the Transfer Manager was born precisely after this experience in the field.
If I had to sum it up I would say that apart from the company itself I managed and helped all 50 employees, where each person had their own IP and different personal needs.
Once this experience was over, I decided to start my own business and test my skills again on myself…
